Great location. Lovely small room but comfy bed. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Very Good
Breakfast was good, everything you needed at the start of the day. Room was comfortable and clean. The tv had no cable channels, but you could use YouTube/Netflix on it which was probably better, made it far more useful than a usual hotel tv. Complementary coffee/cookies was nice touch
Something in the room to hang clothes on would have been good. Shower was also a very small space

What was the highlight of Enter Skansen Hotel
Good
Our room had a lovely view of the cathedral, bridge and cable cart and had beautiful bathroom. The room was tidy, a decent size and the bed was comfy.
Limited choices at breakfast, the shower frame nearly fell off the wall while it was being used and for the duration of our stay (3nights) none of the staff in the hotel were able to get the TV in our room to work even though we asked everyday and they said someone would try to sort it.

Really great location!
Reception staff very friendly and informative! Even upgraded my room for my birthday which was lovely.
I stayed for two nights however when I came back after a day of adventuring there had been very minimal room service - the bins had been empty but the bed hadn’t been made and the living space was as I’d left it.
